7. Media Rights

You retain ownership of your submitted media.

However, by submitting media, you grant ShowRingLive the right to:

• Store and display media for judging purposes
• Allow judges and administrators to access it
• Use it within the platform context

8. Account and Access

Judge access is controlled and may be restricted.

General users are not required to maintain public accounts to submit entries.

You are responsible for any information submitted under your name.

9. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation

10. Limitation of Liability

• Entry rejection due to incorrect submissions
